Certifications acquired through American Home Inspectors Training (AHIT) included 330 hours of on-line course study, 40 hours of in-classroom orientation and training, and 40 hours of practical field inspections.  Additionally, all Professional Inspectors must pass both a National and State exam.

ABOUT ME

I've owned and operated three start-up businesses since retiring from the US Air Force in 1997.  I was recently licensed in the state of Texas but have been on countless inspections over the past 10 months with a licensed Professional Inspector of 30+ years.  This hands-on experience has been invaluable in helping me learn the business and to be able to hit the ground running.  During my 20 years in the military, I worked closely with several general officers and consider myself thorough, detail oriented, reliable, and will put your interests first while inspecting your dream investment.
