I’ll deliver your report within 24 hours, and my job isn’t finished until you understand everything in it.
I will inspect any permanently installed sprinkler system by running through the watering cycles on each zone checking for broken, clogged, or improperly positioned sprinkler heads. Any of these problems could result in improper or irregular spray patterns and the loss of an invaluable resource.
pool & Spa: $100
I will inspect for visible surface water leaks, deficiencies in surfaces to include coping and decks, lighting fixtures, GFCI outlets, run the cleaner and pool heater, the presence or absence of safety barriers, and for the proper bonding of electrical equipment.
